Selvarany Rasiah is an accomplished capital markets leader with over 30 years of experience spanning regulation, policy, commercial strategy, and financial technology. She is a pioneering force in Malaysia's digital asset landscape and a firm believer that the future of finance must be digital, accessible, and built on regulated foundations.

As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kapital DX (KLDX), Selvarany leads one of only two entities approved by the Securities Commission Malaysia to operate as a registered Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) platform. Under her leadership, KLDX made history by executing Malaysia's first tokenised primary offering on a regulated platform — a RM150 million Shariah-compliant fixed income product issued on blockchain — marking a landmark moment for the Malaysian Capital Market.

Through KLDX's innovative multi-asset fundraising and investment platform, Selvarany is driven by a clear mission: to unlock greater access to fundraising and investment opportunities in private markets. By collaborating closely with capital market participants — including intermediaries, institutional players, and ecosystem partners — she is actively broadening the gateway through which businesses can raise capital and investors can participate in private market opportunities.

Prior to founding KLDX, she served in multiple C-suite roles at Bursa Malaysia Berhad, including Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Regulatory Officer, and Chief Legal Officer — bringing deep expertise in market structure, technology implementation, sustainability, and business development.

Selvarany holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Malaya and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
