Ying-Ying Tan is the Global Head of Product Management and the COO for Financing & Securities Services at Standard Chartered Bank (SCB). She has more than 25 years of experience in both securities and cash, and an advocate of Digital Assets. Prior to joining SCB in 2017, she was with Deutsche Bank. Ying-Ying is a Singaporean, and has a Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Information system from the National University of Singapore.
