Biography
Anil Gill has over 23 years of experience spanning commercial banking, investment banking, and strategic finance. He currently serves as the President of the Fintech Association of Malaysia (FAOM), having been elected in April 2025 after serving two terms as Treasurer. Anil is also the CEO and Co-Founder of Omni 3, an enterprise Saas venture launched in 2025 that specializes in workflow and performance optimisation.
Prior to his current ventures, Anil held senior leadership roles across major financial institutions, including CIMB Investment Bank, AmBank, HSBC, and OCBC Bank. Most recently, he led Enterprise Risk Management and ESG functions at Silverlake Axis Ltd, where he was responsible for implementing risk best practices and overseeing investor relations and strategic finance.
Anil holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and an MBA from the University of South Australia. He is a Fellow of CPA Australia, a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and an Associate of ISCA and CIMA.
